MOSCOW, Jan 21 (PRIME) -- The output of Russian diamond producer ALROSA decreased by 23% on the quarter to 7.1 million carats in October–December, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
Sales more than tripled to 17 million carats.
Reserves fell by 32% to 20.7 million carats at the end of December.
In 2020, ALROSA’s diamond production fell 22% to 30 million carats. Sales decreased 4% to 32.1 million carats.
